Built from real cabinets.
An LED wall is built from cabinets standing in vertical columns. Type a width and height in millimetres and the size steps one cabinet at a time; any other size is replaced by the nearest one the cabinets can make, and the palette says so. Choose the facing and anchor, click, and the wall opens ready to bend.
Curve it at the joints.
Cabinets never bend. A curve comes from the angle at each joint between columns, and only the angles the chosen cabinet allows are offered. Select columns, click an angle, and every selected joint bends at once. Straighten returns them to 0°, and Mirror copies one side onto the other for a symmetric curve.
Width is measured along the LED face. A bent wall also shows its straight-line chord and its footprint.
Fly it, or stand it on scaffold.
- Flybars one or two cabinets wide on the top row, each with a Smart Eyebolt, ready for Smart Rigging and Hoist.
- LED Screen Saddle: saddles wedge into scaffold rings and carry a 100 × 75 RHS bearer, cut to 6 m pieces with the cut list shown before you click.
Put your content on it.
Map Image lays a PNG, JPEG, BMP, TIFF or TGA across the whole wall, one slice per column, so a curved wall shows it continuously. Choose Fill, Fit or Stretch. The image is saved in the model and follows the wall when you bend it.
Placeholders until real data.
The two cabinets supplied are generic. Weight and power stay unknown until a cabinet with manufacturer data is added. Structure+ is for visual planning. It does not calculate loads, working load limits or capacities, and it does not certify that any structure or rig is safe. Those decisions stay with you and the qualified people signing off the job.
