Version 2026-09-29 · Updated 29 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Structure+ (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply when you create a Structure+ account, buy a subscription, or download, install, activate or use the Structure+ extension for SketchUp (“the Software”).
By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Software you agree to these terms. If you use Structure+ for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation.
2. Your account
Give us accurate account and profile details and keep them up to date. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. An account is for one person or organisation and may not be shared or resold.
We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, to share or resell access, to get around licensing, or in a way that harms Structure+ or other customers.
3. Your licence
While your subscription is paid and active, or while a licence we issue to you is valid, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Software on one activated computer at a time for your own professional work.
To move your licence, deactivate the old computer in Structure+ Settings or your account, then activate the new one. The Software currently runs on SketchUp for Windows only; macOS is not supported.
The models, drawings and other work you create with the Software belong to you.
4. What you may not do
You may not: copy, distribute, sell, rent, lend or sublicense the Software; share your account or activate more computers than your licence allows; bypass, disable or interfere with activation, licence checks or other protection; reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software except where the law expressly allows it; remove notices; or use the Software to create a competing product.
5. A planning tool, not engineering
Structure+ is a visual planning and drafting aid. It does not calculate, verify or certify structural capacity, loads, rigging, stability, weather resistance or compliance with any standard or law. Geometry, quantities and component data may contain errors and may differ from real products.
You are solely responsible for having every structure, stage, scaffold, truss, roof and rigging plan checked and approved by suitably qualified engineers and competent persons, for following manufacturers’ instructions, and for safe work practices on site. Do not rely on the Software for any safety-critical decision.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed in advance each week, month or year. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, whose checkout and buyer terms also apply to your payment. Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) but are processed in US dollars (USD), so exchange rates may affect the final amount. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel renewal. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
If a renewal payment fails, access may end until payment succeeds. We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you before a change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
7. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes the weekly plan, partial billing periods, unused time, cancelled or unused subscriptions, and charges for a renewal you did not cancel in time. Access to the Software begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Nothing in these terms removes any right to a refund that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement. See our refund policy.
8. Updates, activation and availability
We may update, change, add or remove features. The Software needs an internet connection to activate and to refresh your licence from time to time; an activated computer can keep working offline until the date shown in Structure+ Settings. We aim to keep Structure+ available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Ownership and feedback
We and our licensors own the Software, the website and all related intellectual property. Only the rights stated in these terms are granted to you. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10. Your information
Our privacy notice explains how we collect and use information about you, including your account, profile, licence and payment records.
11. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Structure+ and cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or act fraudulently. When access ends, your licence ends and you must stop using the Software. Sections 4, 5, 7, 9 and 12 to 15 continue to apply.
12. No warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Software and all services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
13. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill. We are not liable for any injury, death, damage or loss arising from any structure, event, installation or rigging planned, drawn or checked with the Software.
Our total liability for all claims relating to Structure+ is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Your responsibility to us
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Software, the structures and events you plan or build, or your breach of these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the new version and date on this page and tell account holders about material changes. Continuing to use Structure+ after a change applies means you accept the updated terms.
