We do not offer refunds. Every Structure+ payment is final and non-refundable, including the weekly plan, monthly and annual plans, partial billing periods and unused time.
This applies whatever the reason, including change of mind, not using the Software, forgetting to cancel a renewal, or buying for an unsupported computer. Structure+ currently runs on SketchUp for Windows only; please check before you buy.
Stopping future charges
You can cancel renewal at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
Billing questions
If you believe a payment was taken in error, for example charged twice for the same period, contact info@structureplus3d.com from your account email and we will look into it with Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record.
Nothing in this policy removes a right to a refund that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement. The full Terms of Service also apply.
